For eligible Hackney residents
You will be able to learn about basic components of a computer, install computer components and run simple maintenance tasks such as:
1. Updating Anti Virus
2. Scanning hard disk for errors and virus
3. Updating Windows
4. Emptying Recycle Bins
5. Backing up files
No formal qualification required but an Entry 3 level is desirable.
Our courses are normally taught in person. To keep people safe during the coronavirus pandemic, we're doing all our teaching online instead.
You'll need a computer or smartphone with a good internet connection.
Your tutor will send you detailed instructions before lessons start.
