For eligible Hackney residents
You learn how to deal with:
General hardware issues like computer not powering up, computer speed very slow, computer and crashing keyboard not working
General software issues including software installation or removal problems
There is no formal qualification required.
Our courses are normally taught in person. To keep people safe during the coronavirus pandemic, we're doing all our teaching online instead.
You'll need a computer or smartphone with a good internet connection.
Your tutor will send you detailed instructions before lessons start.
