Would you like advice with your career journey?

Interested in the creative industry?

Creative mentoring is about developing a one-to-one relationship with one of our team to help you work out how to take the next steps in your creative journey. This involves regular support over a period of time, usually around six months, to identify the barriers preventing you from moving forwards. We work together to understand your narratives, helping you to nurture your talents and skills for your creative career. Through this mentoring process, you will gain confidence and make progress in work. This is funded by Walcot Foundation and Trust for London as part of their Better Work programme and is free to you. All it requires is that we meet regularly and over time we will help you find your focus, improve your self-confidence, your CV and your interview technique. With our support, 75% of our mentees secure properly paid, above London Living Wage work.
