What you'll learn

Parents /carers with their children aged 4-11 years will learn all about healthy, fun and simple cooking on a budget and home made foods.
On this course you will;
• Make at least 3 healthy children’s snacks
• Identify ways we can incorporate more vegetables and fruit in our family’s diet
• Identify benefits of “super food “and using less sugar
On previous courses learners have made – hummus, guacamole, breads from different cultures, vegetable and fruit edible pictures and beetroot cake.

Entry requirements

There are no entry requirements, only Hackney resident and UK residential status.

This online course is taught using on Zoom. moving to a venue when safe to do so.

What does this mean for me?

Our courses are normally taught in person. To keep people safe during the coronavirus pandemic, we're doing all our teaching online instead.

You'll need a computer or smartphone with a good internet connection.

Your tutor will send you detailed instructions before lessons start.
