Family Pottery – pick & collect

What you'll learn

Introduction to pottery: learn how to make a pinch pot and coil technique starting with a ball of clay, for all the family from your home.
You will be able to collect your free clay from Morningside Children's Centre and classes will be on Zoom. Your finished pieces will be collected from the Centre, fired and glazed for you to pick up.
Start date: Thursday 25th February until 25th March 1-2:30 pm and 3:30-4:30pm.

Entry requirements

Access to Zoom and able to collect clay from Morningside Children's Centre.

This online course is taught using Zoom

What does this mean for me?

Our courses are normally taught in person. To keep people safe during the coronavirus pandemic, we're doing all our teaching online instead.

You'll need a computer or smartphone with a good internet connection.

Your tutor will send you detailed instructions before lessons start.
