What you'll learn
This qualification provides the underpinning knowledge required by employees to work in a range of customer service roles. Learners will have essential knowledge of how to carry out tasks such as managing information and supporting events. Learners will take the following mandatory and optional units:
Customer Service Principles
Understanding Customer Service Delivery
Communicating with Customers
Understanding How to Handle Customer Problems
Employee Rights and Responsibilities
Health and Safety at Work
The learners must have English basic skills up to level 1.
This course is accredited by Pearson. At the successful completion of the course, learner will get Level 2 Award in the Principles of Customer Service certificate. Learners who have achieved Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service could progress on to Level 2 Certificate or Diploma in Customer Service that demonstrates occupational competency for the potential job roles in customer service. Learners could also progress to Level 3 qualifications in Customer Service that are designed for learners to demonstrate a practiced set of occupational skills when carrying out customer service operations, including managing performance improvements in service delivery, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and reliability.
