What you'll learn

The Level 2 Highfield Food Safety and Hygiene course is ideal for anyone who works where food is cooked, prepared or handled. All candidates who successfully pass this course will receive a certificate at the end of the one day course. If you wish to be involved with food handling, you require a complete understanding of relevant safety and hygiene issues, whether in voluntary or paid employment this is the course for you. Everyone who works with food has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and must ensure that the food they serve or sell is perfectly safe to eat.

The course will start at 9.00 am and finish at 4.15 pm

Entry requirements

Good working level of Literacy and Numeracy.
