What you'll learn

The course will give you the opportunity to gain a broad understanding and knowledge of the health and social care sector. It's focus is on understanding health and social care through the selection of optional specialist units and you will develop a range of personal skills and techniques, through the selection of units that are essential for successful performance in working life.

Entry requirements

A Level 1 in Health and Social care and or experience in work in the sector.


The course is accredited by NCFE CACHE and it will enable successful candidates to achieve a nationally-recognised NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Health and Social Care. It also supports progression into a more specialised level 3 vocational or academic course or into an apprenticeship.

This online course is taught using Zoom
