NCFE CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care

What you'll learn

The course is accessible to learners of all ages who may want to understand more about working in health and social care in an unsupervised capacity. It aims to introduce some basic concepts of caring and preparation for employment in the sector.

The qualification covers the areas of communication, equality, diversity and inclusion, personal development, role of the social care worker, handling information, health and safety, safeguarding, duty of care and person-centred approaches.

Entry requirements

You must have a Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care and or experience in work in the sector.

Accreditation

The course is accredited by NCFE CACHE. It is a knowledge based qualification and it will be assessed by your assessor using a portfolio of evidence. You will achieve a full qualification of Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care.

This online course is taught using Zoom
