What you'll learn

Want a career tackling climate change? Looking for a job that pays well with good opportunities and career progression?

To tackle climate change we need to improve the energy efficiency of a large part of the UK’s 27 million homes by installing insulation and new technologies (e.g. solar panels). This process is called Retrofit. Retrofit Advisers play a key role here.

•Great phone & email-based customer support and advice to people going through or considering retrofits
•Drive things forward behind the scenes by booking installers and contractors
•Process grant applications and review surveys
•Conduct initial online property assessments
