Support When It Matters (SWIM) – Support Worker

SWIM is a Community Interest Company that empowers people in marginalised groups to access what they need to live healthy, purposeful lives. You will be supporting clients experiencing drug and alcohol difficulties, supporting clients to improve their health and wellbeing, while providing updates to partner agencies on client progress. Lastly, you will be working with partner agencies to provide holistic care to your clients.

Hackney Council (Young Hackney (Play Team)) – Trainee Playworker

The main purpose of this role is to support the Play Team with the delivery of the Adventure Play service. Providing stimulating, varied play opportunities for children and young people. You will be supporting the provision of the adventure play service by helping to create a welcoming and friendly environment for children and young people.
