ABOUT EQUANS
Equans supports businesses, communities, and the public sector by providing low-carbon energy solutions, technical and facilities management (FM) services, and transformative regeneration projects across the UK and Ireland.
MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries professionally.
- Provide telephone assistance to clients and accurately record messages.
- Ensure correct internal and external distribution of correspondence.
- Maintain a courteous and professional approach to all callers.
- Carry out filing and keep records up to date.
- Monitor internal systems to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage and respond to emails appropriately.
- Learn how to utilise IT systems effectively under the guidance of the Contracts Supervisor/Manager.
- Prioritise workload and develop strong administrative skills.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, with an intermediate level of written and spoken English.
- A proactive, hardworking, and reliable attitude.
- Ability to handle telephone enquiries confidently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); further training can be provided.
