About the role

J Coffey are responsible for demolition and structural alterations works, so a typical Labourer  position for them might involve loading and unloading debris and waste onto and off trucks, refilling excavated holes and ditches, as well as building and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures.

Demolition Labourer
(Rate to be negotiated based on experience)

• Brickwork/concrete demolition
• Loading rubble bags
• Loading skips
• Cleaning site

You will need to have:

• Must have a valid green CSCS card
• Be reliable and dependable
• Committed to working hard
• Be a team player
• Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Diligent
