Role purpose

To consistently deliver the Benugo customer experience to the highest levels through service and product excellence, including attention to health and safety practices, hygiene and cleanliness standards and the control of stock and wastage levels.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

General

  • To work within Benugo policies and procedures at all times
  • To support Benugo vision around People, Product, Customers and Profitability
  • To demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence and deliver against Benugo service standard
  • To engage with the team in a collaborative and constructive manner.

Role specific

  • To demonstrate a positive attitude to the customer, your job and your colleagues at all times.
  • To consistently maintain excellent standards of punctuality and personal presentation.
  • To consistently demonstrate excellent attention to health, safety and hygiene standards
  • To seek to deliver a perfect food and drink product at all time.
  • To seek to deliver the 60 seconds experience at all times.
  • To consistently follow the key point of service
  • To engage and communicate efficiently with customers making them feel welcome and encouraging them to come back
  • To offer suggestions for improvement of existing processes.
  • To actively participate and contribute towards achieving goals

Other:

  • Attending any training and or meetings as required by the company
  • Representing the company and yourself in a professional manner
  • Taking responsibility for your own personal development at work and striving to be the best in what you do; taking pride in your work
  • Participating in performance reviews and actively engaging in discussions around personal performance objectives with relevant line manager/s
  • Adhering to all statutory company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring that you are fully aware of and adhering to the health and safety regulations concerning your employment and promoting and ensuring a safe environment for yourself, your colleagues and clients
  • Any other reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time
