About Arbeit Project

We are a creative workspace and artists’ studio provider with 13 sites across London, with over 160 units and home to over 200 tenants. We provide affordable and creative workspaces to artists, designers, small businesses and start-ups, alongside business support, event/gallery space and a shared environment for innovative collaboration and community involvement.

The Role

This role will have responsibility for communicating our activities and support our community (including youths), partners and tenants across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with our tenants across our sites
  • Assisting with updating social media channels
  • Organising, managing and advertising events
  • Updating websites with available units, news and events
  • Creating content and events for business tenant supporting program
  • Being the first contact person regarding our youth program
  • Managing relationships between Arbeit, our tenants/members and stakeholders (including councils, partners and others)
  • Devising and implementing communication strategies
  • Social Media strategy and implementation
  • Be part of whole projects (from beginning till implementation)

About You

Essential skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Basic office suite skills
  • Basic design skills
  • Good social media knowledge
  • Good communication skills – written and spoken English as well as other languages (desirable)
  • Organised
  • Friendly and self-motivated
  • Willing to work independently and taking ownership of projects
