An exciting and rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing SaaS Femtech startup designing technology to have an impactful change in the retail industry.

Brarista is set to transform the lingerie industry with their first-of-a-kind online professional bra-fitting technology and we’re looking for a Community Manager Intern to build and manage our community of early adopters. This is a great opportunity if you’re passionate about female well-being and bringing about positive change by building communities. Working closely with the Product Team, you’ll inspire bra wearers to try our cutting-edge technology and build and manage a community of brand ambassadors.    This is a great opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in Community Management, Event Management or Product management.   What you’ll be doing:

  • Community strategy design: Working closely with the Product Team, create a strategy to build a tester community for Brarista via social media channels
  • Day-to-day communication with our testers to troubleshoot, guide and collect feedback from testers
  • Coordinate with the Product team (Product Manager and CEO) to arrange test bookings, invitation flows and follow-ups
  • Coordinate and manage testing calendar
  • Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports of user engagement and feedback

Requirements and skills:

  • Demonstrated interest and skills in community building
  • Demonstrated great interpersonal skills and verbal communication with a large group of people  Experience in social media engagement and content creation using similar tools to Canva, iMovie and Instagram Reels/Tiktok

  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and online
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a small but fast-paced team
  • A creative thinker who is passionate about building a close-knit community
  • Friendly and approachable attitude

To start as soon as possible. Initial Role Function runs at 2.5 days/week (equivalent to 18 hours/week) for 22 weeks. Ideal starting date: Late September
