MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

• Ensure that planned preventative maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
• To take ownership of the company logbooks to keep the site compliant, making sure data is recorded correctly and audit ready.
• Identify any defects found to the line manager and provide a parts list with estimated timescale to carry out remedial works.
• Carry out reactive repairs as instructed by the administration team and Contract Manager.
• Maintain the professional image of CD Engineering Services LTD at all times and be an ambassador for the company.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all CD Engineering Services LTD employees and client representatives.
• Ensure the provision of a safe healthy working environment.
• Report incidents and raise concerns with a proactive attitude.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Qualifications

• Good general education with minimum or equivalent GCSE passes in Maths and English.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Some relative work experience / previous construction work would be preferable.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg.
• Able to ascend / descend vertical access equipment and to work at height.
• Calm, reliable, discreet, adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
• Flexible to work occasionally outside core hours.
