What is Connect to Work?
Connect to Work is a free employment support programme providing personalised help for people who are finding it difficult to get into work or stay in a job. Whether you’re looking for the right role for your skills or need support to succeed once you’re there, Connect to Work is here to help.
Who is it for?
This programme is for people who are finding it difficult to get into or stay in work. This includes (but is not limited to) people living with:
- A disability
- A long-term health condition
- Other challenges that make working harder
What’s on offer
- One-to-one support from a dedicated adviser.
- Help to find the right job for your skills and interests.
- Ongoing support once you’re in work.
- Partnerships with employers to create accessible and inclusive opportunities.
Why join?
Support is completely voluntary and flexible – you choose the support that works for you. We work directly with employers to help them provide the right support in the workplace, making it easier for you to start your new role, stay in work, and succeed.
How to apply
To get started, please complete our Request Support form. You can fill this out for yourself as a self-referral or on behalf of a resident you are referring to the programme.
