ABOUT THE ROLE
Zip World is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who are comfortable with sales and working outdoors. The role requires being on your feet for up to 6 hours at a time.
As an Adventure Team Member you will be working on our world class adventures, helping to create extraordinary experiences for our customers.
A comfort with heights is essential, as future attractions will involve working from height, including standing at the top of a tower while in a harness.
You will be kitting up, clipping on, delivering safety briefs and everything in between, all the while delivering extraordinary customer service.
Physical requirements include the ability to pull and drag people, which is necessary for assisting customers on the slide attraction.
Full training on all attractions will be provided. Some training may take place in Wales, however, the cost of transport and accommodation for this will be covered.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A customer comes first attitude, with drive and enthusiasm to achieve extraordinary customer experience.
- Safety conscious, with a professional outlook.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment.
- Must like working outdoors, and for our activity roles you must have a good head for heights.
- To be able to get to the site – which may mean having your own transport as some of our sites are remote without public transport links (desirable).
- Must be available to work required weekends, school holidays.
