ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting Flexible Early Years Practitioners to work across a range of high-quality nursery settings in Urgent. This is an excellent opportunity for Level 2 / Level 3 qualified candidates as well as unqualified individuals with relevant childcare experience who are looking to gain further exposure, flexibility, and career progression within the Early Years sector.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 in line with EYFS standards.

Create a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment for child development.

Assist nursery teams with daily routines, structured play, and educational activities.

Maintain clear communication with staff to ensure continuous quality care.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
-
Qualification: CACHE / NVQ Level 3 or higher in Early Years / Childcare (Essential).

Experience: Minimum of 6 months’ nursery experience within the UK.

Clearances: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) and full Right to Work in the UK.
