OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

As a Field Sales Representative, you will represent Inside Success by engaging directly with potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to market our magazine, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of the company. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Outreach

• Approach potential customers in person to promote and sell Inside Success products and services.

Target Achievement

• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Must be aged 18-25 years old (this opportunity is to give young people a chance to gain experience and skills to kick start their careers).
• No prior experience required – we provide full training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Be courageous and resilient, and have confidence in approaching new people and initiating conversations.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Must be reliable and have good attendance.
• Flexibility to travel within London as required.

Pay – £10.00-£15.00 per hour, including commision.

Interview process – Group interview takes place on Saturdays, but there is room for flexibility upon discussion with the employer.
