ABOUT THE ROLE
This Summer Intern position with JLL offers a bespoke programme for those interested in residential property, providing first-hand experience across various departments including Value and Risk Advisory, Development & Regeneration, and London Residential Development. You will engage in real work from day one, covering the entire lifecycle of a development site, from outline strategy and design collaboration to proposing sales strategies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Learn a variety of tasks to aid the promotion of JLL real estate and financial advisory services.
- Work with residential specialists in the Real Estate industry.
- Rotate through departments including Value and Risk Advisory, Development & Regeneration, and London Residential Development.
- Get involved in real work from day one across the lifecycle of a development site.
- Work on outline strategy for development sites.
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to shape schemes.
- Propose appropriate sales strategies for developments.
- Conduct research and stay updated with market insight and property legislation.
- Use property systems/databases to collect information for client solutions.
- Draft and deliver work, including valuation reports and presentations, and visit properties for inspection.

- Team player, adaptable and strong interpersonal skills
- GCSEs – C / 4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Right to work in the UK – you will need to have the right to work in the UK, with no time restrictions or limited working hours as this is a full-time role.
