About the role
This is a part-time on-site role as a Team Assistant at Love Design Studio. As an Assistant, you will be
responsible for supporting the team in various day-to-day tasks related to sustainability projects and
the running of the business. This may include conducting research, assisting in project coordination,
event planning, and providing administrative support.
What you’ll be doing
• Conducting research on sustainability best practices, materials, and technologies.
• Assisting in project coordination by organising meetings, preparing documents, and liaising
with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting event planning for workshops, conferences, and networking events related to
sustainability.
• Providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and
maintaining records.
• Assisting in the creation and editing of presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Managing communication channels including phone calls and inquiries.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members

• Assisting in maintaining the studio’s sustainability certifications and compliance documents.
• Managing inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Assisting with social media management and content creation related to sustainability
initiatives.
• Collaborating with team members on special projects or initiatives to promote sustainability
within the organisation and externally.
What we are looking for:
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of sustainability principles and practices
• Experience in project coordination or administrative support
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
